my baby has cold tried maximum all methods and syrups but its not working give me suggestions plz

Give sinarist Times in a day for five days this will definitely help it is one of the best antiallergic medicines that you can give to the child along with that you can give steam to the child indirectly two times in a day 10 minutes each that is also going to be very helpful as of now
