my baby has big rash and is crying ..it's no use using diaper rash cream.she had very high fever 104 recently and is still suffering from cold .what could be the medical condition behind this rash..please explain.

A. do apply candid b cream over rashes, n keep him well hydrate. Avoid diapers and use cloth nappies,in spite of this ointment and if the rash spreads to different areas, visit a paediatrician for clinical examination.
