Archana IyerMom of a 2 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. give your some baby diaper free time. keep the area dry. my paediatrician suggested local application of coconut oil and use of diaper rash cream containing zinc oxide. I had used b4 nappi by curatio for my baby's diaper rash and it worked well. i used it twice a day and did see improvement within a day of its application.
also, consider changing your diaper brand , get a size higher than what is meant for your baby . Taped diapers are better in my experience. change diapers by 2-3hrs everytime and consider applying coconut oil/nappy rash cream before you put diaper .
