A. Hello.. Is he doing when he gets excited or any other time as well? do u find any other things like no eye contact, not like to give hugs to others, dont like to play with other kids or elders, putting everything in line, doesn't respond to his name or dont understand what you asked him to do, walking on tiptoes frequently. Check this in ur kid whether he does that or not. And if the hand flipping is ur only concern then kids do this to express their happiness, u either show him other way to express it. don't say No just do the action in front of him whenever he's doing flipping hands, he will copy seeing you doing everytime to express happiness.

A. Hello mom Sometimes babies do this but in such case you should try to distract your baby. Whenever you baby is behaving in such a way it will help your baby to stop doing it within a time whenever you baby is doing a try to distract your baby and other activities and continue repeating. It is as many as time your baby is doing it.
