My baby has a small pimple in his upper lip since birth and it is slightly increasing.what kind of pimple is this

Mam there is no certainty about it what kind of a pimple it is it can have a slight PUSS into it you have to get it cleaned by the doctor if they can because these things happen on any part of body to and they’re so tiny that it’s very difficult to puncture
