My baby has a runny nose and her head feels very hot. She is breathing with her mouth. What to do ?

Nose may have been blocked which is why the child is breathing from the mouth you can put nasal drops into the nose of your child along with that you can also give steam to the child indirectly and sneezing or running nose is there then you should use Wikoryl for your child
