my baby has a fewer 100.4 from last night and also doing vomiting .

A. can be viral so. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this

A. hi if fever is there ,give peracetamol drops as per instructions given on packet or as per your doctor's prescription. keep your child well hydrated give food like soup , fresh fruits, khichdi, rice etc for now but please don't force feed your child.
