apply ice on the injection site intermittently.

the side effects associated with the vaccine are generally mild. The most common are pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site.
swelling will reduce on its own. you may apply ice on it for first 2 days to relieve pain.

If The skin colour has suddenly changed and you can see some issues over the skin as of now they may subside over the period but still I would advise you to get it checked with the paediatrician or a dermatologist because they would be able to help you and guide you better on this issue
