my baby has 7 months old she have cmmon cold from last 8 days i give drop for her but not reduce i give stem also what i do

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam ifrnhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

It Would be some kind of an allergy probably which is why your child is catching cold again and again it is better that you get a chat with the doctor go for a homoeopathic treatment that way your child is going to get permanent relief from this issue so I think that would be a good idea
