my baby has 1.5 year old now her skin especially in arm cut ..and knee cut that area has a wound like ....what is the reason ...she also itching

A. Could be due to dryness maybe that is why the skin may have become scary you should apply Almond oil or you can use EVION vitamin E cream that is going to be quite a good option for you to reduce and itching will also reduce and if required you can consult your doctor as well
