AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Hair growth is genetic. Massage ur baby hair with coconut oil on the scalp to promote healthy hair growth. Then wash with mild shampoo. It will be fine as baby grows up. Take care
