Q.
my baby had vaccine today and she is crying and not allowing to keep ice pack can we apply thrmobophop ointment instead of ice pack???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are child has received the DPT vaccine it will cause pain fever and swelling so so you just give syrup ibugesic plus 5ml 3 times in a day for three days and tried to apply ice pack over there

Yes Of course you can apply that medicine if your child is not interested in getting an ice pack done so you keep applying that you every 4 to 5 hours as and when required and if there is too much of pain but there is no fever yet you can give paracetamol to the child
