My baby had fever since 2 days I have given medomol and now his body tempis 97.4degree but still his head is hot why is it so is thre anything serious

A. dear mom., if his armpit temprature if normal then its fine. head is usually hit then bidy in infants, it is normsl. give him breast feeds at set time intervals
