baby s body and head sometimes feel hot and after sometime it becomes normal if checked temperature it's showing normal 97-98 . why is it so

A. the baby is 6 months of age in small babies head will be having larger surface area compared to other body parts and the blood supply will be more to hit and it is warmer for the feeling it is not fever
