My baby had cold and cough from 7-8th December and i gave her medicines for both... she was ok for a day or 2 then suddenly she had fever which went down with paracetamol but kept recurring every 6-7 hrs... visited doctor again and started fever medicines along with nebulization. Again she was ok for 2 days and started having fever again. should I give 3 doses for fever even when she doesn't have temperature or should only give it when she has fever.
