my baby had a rash now it gone.. but hair is not growing at that place

These Hair are not permanent growth that is the temporary one so need not worry about it whenever you get your child’s head shaved off completely after that whatever hair will come they will be of Permanent quality and texture so need not worry about it just won’t bother so much about it
