my baby had 2nd vaccination dose on his leg on last Thursday, vaccinated area he is having like blood clot n it's hard is it normal??? do I need to do anything to get it normal

A. good evening sometimes just kind of issue can happen I will recommend you to try to do cold compress on the vaccination site it will hit to make sure that it is not hard anymore
