My baby got this unknown whitish pimples on all over his body. What happened suddenly to my baby. please help me

A. new born babies is very sensitive (it is 10 times sensitive in comparison to an adult), due to that they get rashes or white bumps occurs on their skin. do not apply any oil on baby's skin , also do not use any lotion or cream till it recover and maintain the room temperature throughout the day and night same.
