my bbay has small pimples all over her body, even on her head what should i do?

This is looking more like mosquito bites to me so currently I would advise you to start applying coconut oil but if you feel that this is a pimple only that is spreading on to the body of the child if you are sure about it then I would advise you to apply calamine lotion on to this
