my baby got this type of pimples and red patches on right hands and legs...what is this?plz tell me its cure

A. they are looking like allergic urticaria rash please apply calapur lotionok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
