A. If your baby has a lot of rashes on the forehead, it could be due to heat rash, baby acne, eczema, or an allergic reaction. Here’s how you can manage it at home: 1. Identify the Cause ✔ Heat rash (prickly heat): Small red bumps, worsens in hot weather. ✔ Baby acne: Tiny red or white bumps, common in newborns. ✔ Eczema: Dry, itchy, red patches, sometimes scaly. ✔ Allergic reaction: Sudden rash due to soap, lotion, or fabric. 2. Home Remedies for Rash Relief ✅ Keep Skin Cool & Dry: Avoid overheating and dress your baby in loose, cotton clothes. ✅ Use Breast Milk: Applying a few drops of breast milk can help soothe baby acne. ✅ Gentle Cleansing: Wash with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free baby cleanser. ✅ Apply Coconut Oil/Aloe Vera: Natural and soothing for rashes (avoid if baby is allergic). ✅ Use a Mild Moisturizer: If dry and itchy, apply a fragrance-free baby lotion. ✅ Avoid Harsh Products: No scented soaps, lotions, or wipes. 3. When to See a Doctor? ⚠️ If the rash spreads rapidly or has pus. ⚠️ If baby has fever, swelling, or extreme discomfort. ⚠️ If the rash lasts more than a week without improvement.
