my baby got hurt on back side of her head and started crying. After an hour she slept is this any sign of difficulty

Keep monitoring. see to that if your baby is active and healthy then it should be ok,else if you find any symptoms like vomit or swelling or sleeping for very long duration, crying and if baby is cranky then it's good to check with your doctor without delay to avoid problems.
