Hi, my baby fell from bed today and has a small bump on the right side of head.. he is active now and taking feed. any warning sign I should keep an eye on ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, if your baby continues to be active, playful, feeding as usual, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then do not worry. in case of any unusual behaviour you should consult doctor.
