my baby got gurling sound while she breath plzz suggest me which drops r best to get relief with that cold... from a week it hvng consulted dr to but there is no difference even after taking a syrup...

A. if the baby is 4 months old and if having some sounds which is there it could be conducted sounds heard because of secretions to try to give the line drugs in the nose
