Q.
my baby got fever on 25 march, we gave him dolo 250 & zifi antibiotic.but it's now 5 days are over he is not having fever and baby is still not taking feed. what to do

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so ihjut is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's also very common for many infections that cause fever to cause a decreased appetite, too. As long as your little one is still drinking and peeing, not eating as much as usual is okay for most minor illnesses; no special diet is necessary.
