child is having fever from 2 days. doctor suggested dolo 250 5 ml but fever is not going down. what to do at night ???

A. yes in case you can do tepid sponging using room temp water to bring down temp. give him lots of liquids and rest. if no improvement. after three days. do consult your doctor
