after that it is important to meet the doctor because oral antibiotics may be needed if the infection due to the burns is more and you can apply this cream at least three or four times everyday

you can apply pure aloe vera gel or gently rub ice cube on it as first remedy.
you can use silver iodied cream on it.
keep that area open and clean too.
choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
