my baby got 3 times fever yesterday,I gave her medicine her as well. but she didn't eat anything and today also she is denying. please let me know what should I do? Her mood is Totally off nd want her me to.be with her

U Should give more of liquid-based diet to the child to focus on giving more Liquid based diet to the child as of now as of now And also the second most important thing,when you are giving any kind of medicine to the child he is very important to support and balance it and multivitamin supplement
