My baby got 2-3 pimples on lower back,they are not going (pic attached) + he keeps itching back of his right ear

Mam this is some kind of an infection or allergic reaction that is building upon the skin of the child you can get examined with your doctor for clarity and they can tell you what exactly is this currently I recommend you to apply calamine lotion frequently
