Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. Tiny hairs are common on baby face. These are called lanugo hairs. It wil reduce with age. Apply coconut oil before bath followed by gentle cleansing with warm water and good soap followed by lotion. Sebamed or aveeno products are equally good
