My baby girl who is 2yrs now is having reddish pimple like allergies in her cheeks, and hands. First it starts in her legs and became OK and then it started in cheeks, necka nd now a little bit in hands. No other symptoms like fever or anything. Ki dly respond

A. It needs to be checked as it is diff to judge without physically examining the child so consult your Paediatrician or skin specialist for confirming the diagnosis avoid itching or scratching the skin
