ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello! Give your child small and frequent meals. Include nutrient dense foods like peanut ladoo, nuts, curd, paneer, lassi, potato, sweet potato part of her meals. Do not force feed her. Make sure she's well hydrated, active and sleeping well.

To help baby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Restrict intake if sugar, fried and packaged foods.
