RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Mam your child is nine months it’s a very good age for you to start giving all the family foods to the child plus good protein that you can introduce vegetarian from the age of 10 months complete you can start giving egg yellow chicken and fish as well
