my baby girl weight is 7 kg now I am so worried about her weight birth weight is 2.5 kg she is not eating anything except bm plz give some suggestions for improvement in her weight

I would advise you to start giving an iron supplement to the child because I think it is mostly due to deficiency of iron only that your child is not accepting anything apart from breastfeeding so start giving a supplement and see if that starts helping youWrite Your Answer Here
