Q.

my baby girl weight 1.6kg in birth time .. after 2 months baby weight 3.2kg is it good improvement..

A. Yes, your baby is gaining weight at good pace and there is no need to be concerned. Ideally, baby should double the birth weight by 5th month, which your baby will be able to do. Keep feeding milk fully and frequently and that will include 1 or 2 times night feed too.
