Hello ma’am If your child still has not started talking then it could be delayed speech issues so it would be better that you consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same as he would probably run some test and will tell you what is the reason behind it and if needed would advise you certain exercises and therapies which will help your child to speak properly with the time
