Q.

My baby girl usually eats properly. Still she start crying for milk at night in sleep. Usually its for 2-3 times per night and the day when she doesn’t eat properly then she wakes up for more times. Is it normal? What diet changes can be made to fulfil her hunger and to make her sleep peacefully without waking up for milk?

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating
