give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration.
you can go for prickly heat xpowder application also.
if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can give candid dusting powder you can apply this 3 to 4 times in the day that is going to help in reducing down the problem and also if you want you can use calamine lotion that is also going to be a very good option as of now
