my baby girl sounds like choking while sleeping or breastfeeding why ??

When the feeding position is not correct you can actually face this problem where you feel that the child could be joking so I think that’s the only problem when you feed your child keep the head of the child in the elevated position and during sleeping use a pillow under the head of your child
