porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer.
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

Start giving semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult your child’s doctor for advice
