my baby girl iz 6nd half month old her weight iz 6 wat we give her to gain weight?

A. dear parent, to gain weight of your 6 and half months old baby, you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer. then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

A. Hello dear parent! Depends on your child’s birth weight. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion. Start giving semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult your child’s doctor for advice
