Dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years 4 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 to 6 meals a day.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products well
