my baby girl is suffering from fever and diaper rash kindly suggest some medicine for immediate relief please and please let me know can I use vasline for rash

Take care of your babies hygiene always apply coconut oil before making a baby wear diaper change diaper after every 3 to 4 hours .for rash take some mustard oil in your palm put some drops of water in it and makes it till it gets gel like consistency apply it over the rash and Sprinkle some powder you can also apply ezinapi cream mix with Candid b. for fever you can give Paracetamol which your doctor have suggested you already but if he was repeating again and again then definitely you should consult with the doctor because sometimes even antibiotic is required
