my baby girl is now 3 years 3 months but not speaking,we consulted speech therapist and bera test is done.doctor said "test report is normal don't worry"but I feel very fear for speaking

If Your child is not speaking at all as of now also then you consult a homeopathic doctor and a take a treatment from the doctor it may be time consuming but your child will definitely start speaking because certain times a glance take a little more time to develop than usual but with this medicine they can develop better and on time
