my baby girl is iugr.. born at 37 weeks.she doesn't need nicu. birth weight 2.37 kg. HC 34 length 45. now 14 days old. do I need to worry about her hc. will she able to do her work as normal kids. when will she catch up with others.is iugr kids normal as other kids. do I need to worry about her milestone and development delay. do I need to keep track of growth chart. my paediatrician saying no need growth chart . kindly do reply.
