my baby girl is having extreme sweating in her head...it looks she has took bath... please help...what to do

A. If this sweating is that bad then it is going to be good for you to consult your doctor once they’ll tell you what is the situation as sweating of course is common to be seen with kids but not like this child has just taken a shower so better to connect with your doctor regarding that
