my baby girl is about to 4 month old baby girl she has red spot on her hands legs foot fingers then it change in to small tiny bubbles then disappear and comes in new places what's the reason how can I cure it?

A. Ma’am just get a check with the doctor if it is associated with hand foot and mouth disease though if it is disappearing and coming back again like this it could be associated with some allergy also but a physical assessment would be required
