A. Ideal weight of a 9 months old baby girl should be between 8 to 8.5 kgs depending on birth weight and eating patterns. To help her gain weight, keep feeding breastmilk 4-5 times a day and include fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, banana, sweet potato, milk shakes with dry fruits, boiled eggs, chicken soup, ghee, etc.
