A. Dear parent, weight of 6.8 kg is normal for 9 months old baby. Give small frequent meals 3 to 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Apart from breast milk, give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal.
