my baby girl is 7th month old and she has skin eczema on neck knee back and elbow and i have also dry skin because of winter I give her bath in once a week what should I do for her eczema skin ?

Swatee DasMom of a 6 yr 2 m old boy8 months agoA. Hello dear firstly please visit to the pediatrician for eczema. Please give bath every day without fail in warm water . My doctor advised to give bath every day even in winter. Before bath always massage with coconut oil and for dryness you can always apply Johnson's Baby Lotion.
