Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no lotions or cream can help to make skin fair they just help to keep skin well moisturised and smoothe. so , instead of it ,I would suggest to rub pure aloe vera gel on this part or you can gently rub lemon on this.
